The program gives eligible companies access to exclusive corporate car rental discounts, streamlined booking, and rewards for everyday business travel.
Members can earn points on qualifying rentals that can be redeemed for free rental days, upgrades, and other benefits, while also using corporate rental car codes to access negotiated rates.

Rentals made using your company’s Hertz Business Rewards CDP help the business earn credits toward Free Rental Days, while travelers earn individual rewards at the same time – delivering value for both the company and the employee. To add your CDP please see the step by step guide.
Enrollment is simple. Employees can activate their complimentary Gold+ Rewards membership using the link provided in the Business Rewards enrolment email, along with the required PIN code.
Once enrolled, they can add the company’s Business Rewards CDP to their Gold+ Rewards profile by following the step-by-step guide, ensuring every eligible rental is properly credited. Please refer to your Business Rewards Enrollment email to obtain the PIN code required to access the form or contact the Business Rewards Sales Team at 1-888-777-3807 or businessrewardssalesteam@hertz.com.
How to sign up for Hertz Business Rewards
To sign up for Hertz Business Rewards, go to the website, fill in your details in the section titled ‘Your Business Enrollment Information’, select the tick box that says “I have read and agree to the Hertz Business Rewards Terms & Conditions”, then click ‘Submit’.
Enrolling in Hertz Business Rewards is simple and completely free. There’s no cost to join or maintain an account, and no long-term commitment required. You don’t need to cancel any existing rental programs or change how you currently manage travel, and you’re never obligated to rent with Hertz.
Once enrolled, your business can start accessing exclusive benefits whenever you choose – using the program only when it makes sense for your travel needs.
How to make reservations with Hertz Business Rewards
You can make reservations directly on hertz.com, entering your CDP number in the “Enter a Discount or Promo Code” field, or call the dedicated Business Rewards reservations line at 1-888-777-3807. Travel agents can also book on your behalf – just provide them with your CDP number to ensure your business earns rewards and receives all applicable discounts.
Making reservations with Hertz Business Rewards is easy and flexible, whether you book online, by phone, or through a travel agent. To ensure your company receives all program benefits, always use your exclusive Business Rewards CDP number when booking.
Many coupons and special promotions are also accepted. To use a Promotion Coupon (PC), provide the PC# at the time of reservation. Note that PCs may not be combined with contract rates, and all terms and conditions apply.
Hertz Business Rewards rates are valid at all airport locations, with special rates available at neighborhood locations, giving your team the flexibility to travel wherever business takes them.

Do I earn credit towards free rental days for all my Hertz rentals?
Rental credits are awarded, and bonus credits are earned only for rental days relating to paid, qualifying rentals using a Business Rewards CDP#.
Do I earn rental credits when renting outside of the U.S.?
All qualifying rentals, regardless of the rental location, earn credits when your company’s Business Rewards CDP # is included in the rental agreement.
How does my company obtain the Free Rental Day certificates we earn?
When you make your reservations using your company's Business Rewards CDP#, Hertz will automatically track your rentals. To receive your earned free day certificates, the company administrator must log onto the Hertz Business Rewards® Admin Portal and redeem.
Where can my company’s free rental day certificates be redeemed?
Business Rewards Free Rental Day certificates can be redeemed for use on rentals at participating locations in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico only.
Can lost free day certificates be replaced?
Free Rental Day certificates will not be replaced if expired, lost, stolen or destroyed. Certificates mailed by Hertz to the contact at the address we have on record and not returned to Hertz by the U.S. Postal Service will not be reissued for any reason.
Can my company get retroactive Business Rewards credit for rentals that did not include the company Business Rewards CDP#?
No. Only qualifying paid rentals containing the unique Business Rewards CDP are eligible.
How many credits are needed for a free rental day?
You earn one credit for each qualified paid rental day. Once your company accumulates 15 credits, you’ll receive a Free Rental Day certificate to use on a future rental, helping your business save on travel expenses.
Can credits be used for upgrades or discounts instead of free days?
No. Hertz Business Rewards credits are specifically designed to earn Free Rental Day certificates. They cannot be applied toward vehicle upgrades, discounts, or other promotions. However, your company can still combine these certificates with special offers when booking.
Do Hertz Business Rewards credits expire?
Yes. Credits must be redeemed within the program’s specified timeframe. Typically, credits remain valid as long as your company’s account is active, but it’s important to track expiration dates to ensure you maximize your rewards.
Can credits be transferred or shared?
No. Credits are tied to your company account and cannot be transferred or shared between employees or other businesses. All earned credits contribute to your company’s Free Rental Day certificates.
What happens to my credits if a rental is cancelled?
Credits are not awarded for cancelled rentals. If a reservation is cancelled before it qualifies as a paid rental day, no credits will be added to your company account.
What if credits don’t show up after a rental?
If your credits are missing, contact the Hertz Business Rewards Sales Team at 1-888-777-3807 or businessrewardssalesteam@hertz.com. Provide your rental details so the team can verify and add the appropriate credits to your account.
How is Hertz Business Rewards different from personal Hertz Gold+ Rewards?
Hertz Business Rewards is designed for companies, earning credits toward Free Rental Day certificates for the business. Gold+ Rewards is for individual travelers, offering personal points, faster rentals, and upgrades. Business members can enjoy both programs simultaneously for maximum benefit.

3 Free Rental Day applies to base rate time and mileage charges. Taxes, fees and options excluded. Enrollment Bonus valid on new Hertz Business Rewards (HBR) accounts only. During the first 90 days following enrollment, the HBR account will earn one Free Rental Day Certificate for every 5 rental days completed under the CDP Number. After the initial 90 days, the HBR account will earn one Free Rental Day Certificate for every 15 rental days completed under the CDP Number. Additional hour charges for periods less than one day cannot be combined to equal a day. Free Rental Day Certificates expire 6 months after issuance.
4Roadside service included on business rentals only at U.S. corporate airport locations and U.S. participating licensee airport locations. Premium Emergency Roadside Assistance reduces your financial liability for services required to remedy non-mechanical problems of the vehicle and/or problems resulting from an accident or collision.
