Congestion taxThere is a Congestion Charge for driving in and out of Central Stockholm and Gothenburg.You cannot pay the congestion tax yourself during the rental. All vehicles rented from any Hertz location in the Stockholm and Gothenburg area will be charged a flat fee for the congestion charge of 10 SEK per day, including VAT. These charges will be added to the rental agreement at time of pick up.
