Bring your bike or your canoe on the vacation this summer

 

 

Hertz is now launching even more products for the customer with an active lifestyle. This includes bike carriers and canoe carriers.

The bike carrier, which can transport from two up to four bikes, is designed for cars with a trailer hitch. In Hertz fleet this means the Volvo XC70. The bike carrier is mounted on the car’s tow ball and the low loading height makes it easy to get the bikes into place. A foot operated tilt function makes is it easy to reach the luggage compartment even when bikes are mounted.

 

The canoe carrier, which can be mounted on the Volvo V70 and XC70, can be easily adjusted to a variety of different types of hull. The sturdy straps keeps the kayak or the canoe in place. The rubber covers protects both the canoe and the car from scratches during loading and transport. The canoe carriers will initially be available for rent on Hertz office at Vasagatan in Stockholm.

 

 

You can rent each of the product for a cost of 150 SEK/ day or a maximum cost of 750 SEK for a month.

 

 

 

Rent the equipment only

 

We are now launching our first Hertz office for equipment rental in Sweden on Ringvägen 34.

Now you can, without renting a car rent the following equipment for a day, week or month:

 

 

How to book the equipment only

Please send a mail to tillbehor@hertz.se to book your equipment. We will return your message within a day. The information we need to confirm your request are as following:

  • First name and last name
  • Home address
  • Cell phone number
  • Kind of equipment
  • Your car model and sort (for example. Volvo V60)
  • Rental period (for example from 2014-06-09 until 2014-06-12)
  • Time for picking up and returning (for example Picking up 09.00 returning 18.00)
