Can I specify the pickup location of my business car rental?
Yes, you can specify the pickup location for your car rental. Hertz gives you more control over your business car rental by supporting convenient pick-up locations near airports and downtowns. You can also specify where you want to pick up the car, and you can add a driver at no extra cost.
Can multiple employees use the same business car rental account?
Yes, you can add multiple employees to rent under one business account. This approach allows you to streamline travel management and earn rewards faster. Hertz corporate car rentals also allow colleagues to travel together in one car. Coworkers can add an extra driver to save time and money using the same car.

2 Free Rental Day applies to base rate time and mileage charges. Taxes, fees and options excluded. Enrollment Bonus valid on new Hertz Business Rewards (HBR) accounts only. During the first 90 days following enrollment, the HBR account will earn one Free Rental Day Certificate for every 5 rental days completed under the CDP Number. After the initial 90 days, the HBR account will earn one Free Rental Day Certificate for every 15 rental days completed under the CDP Number. Additional hour charges for periods less than one day cannot be combined to equal a day. Free Rental Day Certificates expire 6 months after issuance.
3Roadside service included on business rentals only at U.S. corporate airport locations and U.S. participating licensee airport locations. Premium Emergency Roadside Assistance reduces your financial liability for services required to remedy non-mechanical problems of the vehicle and/or problems resulting from an accident or collision.
4 Additional driver included when renting on business. Additional driver must have a valid driver’s license, a credit card in their own name and meet standard rental qualifications.
5 Young Renter Fee waived for renters over 20 years of age (18 years of age in Michigan and New York) when renting on business in the U.S. Valid on all car classes except Adrenaline, Prestige and Dream collections. Additional terms and conditions apply.
