How to Rent from the Hertz Dream Collection^®

First things first: you need to be over 25 years old to rent from the Dream Collection^®. If you’re 25 or older, all you need is a valid driver’s license, an additional form of identification, and one of the accepted forms of payment outlined below.

Make sure the collection is available at your chosen airport location. The Hertz Dream Collection^® is available at around 30 major US airports. Customers are now able to rent from the collection at their favored airport without a return airline ticket. To rent from the Dream Collection^®, start a reservation just as you would for any other type of rental. In the "Rental Car Type" field, choose "Dream Collection." You can then choose the exact model you would like to drive from a selection of luxury vehicles.

Which cars are in the Hertz Dream Collection^®?

The Hertz Dream Collection^® includes some of the world’s finest luxury vehicles, sports cars, and SUVs. With a wide range of Porsches, including the 911, Cayenne, Macan, and Panamera, you can rent just about any Porsche you’ve had your eye on.

The collection also includes luxury SUVs like the Land Rover Range Rover Sport and Mercedes-Benz G550.

What to Bring When You Rent from the Dream Collection^®

Once you’ve reserved a car from the Dream Collection, it’s time to prepare the essential documents and forms of identification you’ll need before you get the keys. Make sure to bring the following:

• A valid United States or international driver’s license.
• A valid credit card with approved sufficient credit in the same name as the driver’s license. Debit cards are not accepted but may be used for payment at return.
• Proof of automobile insurance in the same name as the driver’s license and credit card OR one of the following forms of Government-issued ID, in the same name as the driver’s license and credit card: 
  • Passport (United States or international) 
  • Military Identification Card (United States or international)

Are you a Gold Plus Rewards^® member? If you’re in the President’s Circle or are a Platinum member, you are not required to provide an extra form of ID when picking up your dream car.
