What if I have already made a reservation for a long term rental in Los Angeles and need to change the driver's name?
To ensure a smooth pickup, the reservation must be made under the name of the primary driver who will be collecting the vehicle. Unfortunately, the name on an existing booking cannot be changed. If a different person will be driving, we recommend cancelling the current reservation and creating a new one in their name.
