  • Interstate 5 (I-5) connects North Hills to Los Angeles, passing the neighborhoods of Panorama City, Sun Valley, and Atwater Village. It also provides access to nearby Burbank and Glendale.

 

How to Get From North Hills to Universal Studios Hollywood

It takes just over 20 minutes to drive the 13 miles to Universal Studios Hollywood.

  1. Leave the North Hills car rental car park and head towards Sepulveda Boulevard.
  2. Take a right onto Sepulveda Boulevard and then left to merge onto US-101 South.
  3. Leave at exit 12A towards Lankershim Boulevard/Universal City.
  4. Turn left onto Cahuenga Boulevard and then again onto Universal Studios Boulevard to reach your destination.

 

How to Get From North Hills to Los Angeles

The city of Los Angeles is just over a 30-minute drive with your Hertz rental car from North Hills. Just take I-405 North from Nordhoff Street, before following the I-5 South to North Los Angeles Street. Finally, choose exit 2B from the US-101 South and follow North Los Angeles Street Drive to 1st Street, which will take you right to the center of LA.
