What is Hertz Neighborhood Delivery?

Hertz Neighborhood Delivery is a service that brings your rental car to you when you can't make it to the rental location.

Available for all Hertz Gold Plus Rewards members, this service can be found at select locations across the US. Simply phone ahead to your chosen neighborhood Hertz branch and we’ll arrange direct delivery and pick-up for a small fee.

Is There a Fee?

Yes, there is a small fee of $30 each way for delivery and pick-up. Additional charges may apply if you make changes to your booking within one hour of the scheduled drop-off time.

Alternatively, you can opt to just pick-up or drop-off your rental car if you prefer our team to only handle one part of the experience.

Are All Vehicles Available?

Aside from some exceptions, the majority of our rental car fleet is available for Hertz Neighborhood Delivery. So, if there’s a vehicle you’re thinking of reserving, feel free to call our Customer Care or contact a Hertz location near you to learn more.

Simply reserve your chosen car in advance and choose Hertz Neighborhood Delivery as an add-on service.

Pick-up and Return Service

Hertz also offers a free pick-up and return service at our Local Edition locations. We’ll Come and Get You® and take you directly to your rental car. Then, simply drop it back off when you’re done.

To make use of this free service, simply call ahead to your local Hertz location and tell us:

• Your pick-up address
• Your reservation number
• Your contact number

Our Pick-Up and Return Service is available for destinations within a 15-minute drive of the HLE location. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your rental so that we can prepare for your pick-up.

Please note that we are unable to provide our Pick-Up and Return Service to or from our airport concession locations.
