What do you need to use Express Check-In?
After you download the app, create a Hertz account or login and book your car rental. From there, you’ll be eligible to use the Express Check-In system. Prior to the date of your booking, you should get an email from Hertz with a link to ‘check in now’. Follow the link and it will automatically take you to the app. Then, follow the on-screen steps to check in.
You’ll need:
- Your driver’s license
- A recent selfie
- Your payment details.
