EDGE Athlete Lounge specializes in endurance training and recovery. It offers Woodway treadmills, a Wahoo Kickr cycling studio, and strength training. Relax in the recovery lounge with hot and cold water therapy options and RecoveryPump compression devices, designed to improve circulation in different areas of the body. EDGE also offers group and personal training for events such as Ironman competitions and marathons, not to mention free indoor parking.

 

 

Lakeshore Sport and Fitness

Located in the Illinois Center complex, Lakeshore Sport and Fitness is fully loaded with cardio and strength-training equipment as well as racquetball, squash, and basketball courts, two eight-lane lap pools, a sun deck, and North America's tallest indoor rock climbing wall, which stands 10 stories tall.
