How to Get From Tulsa to Tulsa International Airport

It takes around 15 minutes to drive the eight miles with your rental car from Tulsa’s Airport to Downtown.  

  1. Leave the Hertz rental lot onto East 176th Street North.
  2. Continue onto North 75th East Avenue.
  3. Take a slight right onto the US-75 East slip road to merge onto OK-11 West.
  4. Stay on this route, then follow signs for Downtown Tulsa/US-75 South.
  5. Use the right lane to remain on US-75 South, then take the 7th Street exit to Downtown.
  6. Continue onto East 7th Street to eventually reach Downtown Tulsa.

 

How to Get From Tulsa to Oklahoma City

Drive with your rental car from Tulsa to Oklahoma City in just an hour and a half. Exit the city center via I-244 West, over the Arkansas River. Then, join I-44 West, which will take you all the way to the state’s capital, when you leave the route via the I-35 S/I-44 West exit.
