Driving In and Around Minot

  • Minot Airport (58703) offers both short-term and long-term parking with hourly, daily and weekly options available for your Minot car rental.

  • US Route 83 (US 83) runs north to south through the center of Minot – it’s called Broadway in the city. It will take you north to the air force base and then on to the Canadian border.   • US Route 2 (US 2) skirts the southern edge of Minot as it goes east to west through the state. To the east, it passes Lake Alice and Devils Lake before entering Minnesota. To the west, it intersects with US 85 before leading into Montana.
  • US Route 52 (US 52) crosses Minot from northwest to southeast, linking up with both the Canadian border and the city of Fargo in Minnesota.

 

How to Get From Minot to Bismarck

The state capital is about 110 miles and two hours’ drive away from Minot with your holiday or business car rental. Simply join the US-83 South, which takes you all the way to Bismarck.

 

How to Get From Minot International Airport to Minot

The airport is located only a few minutes north of the city. Leave our Minot car rental office on Airport Road and turn left on to Airport Road. Take a right for 19 Avenue, then left onto North Broadway, which carries you into Minot.
