  • Golden Glades – Orange Parking Lot (33169) is located inside the Golden Glades bus station. From here, you can use the park-and-ride into downtown Miami.
  • Interstate 95 (I-95) runs the length of the east coast. Take it north at the east of Miami Gardens to reach Hollywood, or south towards downtown Miami.
  • Florida's Turnpike is a major toll road that cuts through Florida’s center. It’s a useful place to start a road trip in your holiday rental car. Reach it east of the city to fast-track north towards Plantation and Pompano Beach.
  • Florida State Road 860 cuts through downtown Miami Gardens, heading east to Aventura and west towards Palm Springs North and the I-75.

How to Get From Miami Gardens to Aventura Mall in Your Rental Car

It takes around 15 minutes to drive the five miles from our Miami Gardens car rental office to Aventura Mall:

  1. Leave the car rental parking lot on North-West 2ndnd Avenue.
  2. Turn left on to FL 860, Miami Gardens Drive.
  3. After a mile, veer left to join the I-95 North towards Ojus.
  4. Leave the I-95 at Exit 16 on to Ives Dairy Road.
  5. Turn right on to Biscayne Boulevard, then take the first exit on to North-East 199thth Street.
  6. Take the first right on to North-East 29thth Court, then left on to Abigail Road.

 

How to Get From Miami Gardens to Miami With a Car Rental

Miami is just a 25- minute or so drive from Miami Gardens. Just leave the city south via the FL 817, then take the FL 826 East to join the I-95 Express. Follow the I-95 South for 13 miles, then take Exit 2C into Miami.
