  • Palm Canyon Drive is a north-south street lined with restaurants and hotels in downtown. It’s designated as SR-111B, and links with the SR-111 both at its northwest and southeast points.

 

How to get from Palm Springs to Los Angeles

LA is only about 100 miles away – and can be reached in less than two hours from Palm Springs in your holiday rental car, depending on traffic. The famous streets of La La Land await.

  1. From North Palm Canyon Drive, continue on to CA-111 North.
  2. Merge on to I-10 West and stay on this route for around 90 miles.
  3. Keep left for the San Bernardino Freeway.
  4. Merge onto US-101 North.
  5. Take exit 2B for Alameda Street /Union Station.

 

How to get from Palm Springs to Palm Springs International Airport

The city’s airport is conveniently located just 2.5 miles from downtown Palm Springs – you can be there in a matter of minutes with your rental car. From the corner of Indian Canyon Drive and East Alejo Road, head east for around 1.6 miles. Next, turn onto North Farrell Drive and then onto East Tahquitz Canyon Way – following signs for the airport.
