  • Interstate 215 (I-215) is situated just west of the city and takes you to the I-15 which heads inland to Las Vegas and south towards San Diego. Renting a car lets you also travel further afield from Hemet.

 

How to Get From Hemet to Palm Springs

It takes around an hour to drive the 43 miles from Hemet to Palm Springs:

  1. Leave the car rental parking lot and turn right on to Myers Street.
  2. At the crossroads, turn right on to West Devonshire Avenue.
  3. Turn left on to North Sanderson Avenue and follow this road, continuing to SR 79.
  4. At the end of the road, turn right on to the I-10 and continue to SR 111, following it around the outskirts of Mount San Jacinto State Park.
  5. Stay on this road and it’ll take you to Palm Springs.

 

How to Get From Hemet to Los Angeles

It takes just under two hours to drive from Hemet to Los Angeles with your holiday or business car rental. Take the SR 79 heading south out of the city and then join the I-10 West. This will take you all the way there.
