Car Rental - Riyadh - Al Degheijer Building

At the time of rental the driver must present a valid national driver's licence, which has been held for at least 1 year.

Saudi Iqama holders must have a valid driver's licence issued in Saudi Arabia.

An International Driving Permit (IDP) is required for anyone living outside of Saudi Arabia and on a Visit visa. The IDP translates the national licence into various languages and is on its own, without the national licence, not acceptable.

Citizens of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries must have a valid national driver's licence.

If you hold a driver's licence issued in Vietnam, you need to present the original licence together with an authorised translation issued by the Vietnamese Ministry of Transport. If both documents are presented at time of rental these licences are acceptable worldwide.

Extra day is charged after 59 minutes over 24 hour rental period.

A one way rental is a rental which starts at one location and terminates at another. Availability is subject to location restrictions and vehicle type. A fee may apply for this service and will be advised at time of reservation.

Hertz rates do not include fuel.
All Hertz vehicles are rented with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank or a local refuelling charge will apply in addition to the cost of the fuel.

Fuel Purchase Option (FPO).
For convenience, you may purchase a tank of fuel from Hertz at the time of rental at a price that is competitive with local fuel stations; this method eliminates the need for you to refill the tank before returning.
Please be aware that we are unable to give a refund for unused fuel.
