Car Rental - Lakselv - Ffr As Bilavdeling

At the time of rental the driver must present a valid national driver's license, which has been held for at least 1 year.

The driver's license must have a photo, must be in Roman script and be linked to the Geneva/ Vienna Convention.

Norwegian residents must present a physical or digital driver's license.

An International Driving Permit (IDP) is recommended for anyone living outside of Norway. 

The IDP translates the national licence into various languages and is on its own, without the national licence, not acceptable. 

Mainland China, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Korea and Japan residents need a Translation of International Driver's License (TIDL) or other official translation of their national driver's license.

Extra day is charged after 29 minutes over 24 hour rental period.

A one way rental is a rental which starts at one location and terminates at another.

Availability is subject to location restrictions and vehicle type.

A fee may apply for this service and will be advised at time of reservation.

Hertz rates do not include fuel.
All Hertz vehicles are rented with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank or a local refuelling charge will apply in addition to the cost of the fuel.

Fuel Purchase Option (FPO).
For convenience, you may purchase a tank of fuel from Hertz at the time of rental at a price that is competitive with local fuel stations; this method eliminates the need for you to refill the tank before returning.
Please be aware that we are unable to give a refund for unused fuel.
