Terms and Conditions

  1. Hertz is solely responsible for this offer. Discount applies to the pay later base rate.  Taxes, fees and options are excluded. Loss Damage Waiver (vehicle protection) waives the renter’s responsibility for all damage to the Hertz rental car, regardless of fault, provided the renter is not in violation of the Rental Agreement. LDW is optional on qualifying car classes rented from US corporate locations at $15/day unless a lower rate is mandated by law. Offer not valid in New York. At licensee locations, LDW is available at $15.00 per day on business rentals only. Offer valid until  03/31/2026 for Visa cardholders only. Purchase must be made with a Visa card for the offer to apply.
