How do I get started?

1. Create an Uber account and go to the Vehicles section of the Partner Dashboard
2. Reserve the vehicle you prefer and select a time to pick it up. (A minimum of a seven-day reservation is required)
3. Pick up your car and use a debit or credit card to pay.
4. You can choose to extend your vehicle rental up to three times.
5. Return your vehicle to the same Hertz branch where you picked it up, bringing your original paperwork.

¹ The credit scoring process performed through the services of Equifax are very similar to the type of credit checks that are done when a person applies for credit. This credit check is done at the rental location when you arrive.

² At the time of rental, an authorization hold will be secured on your debit card provided to cover the estimated amount of the rental charges and any additional charges that may be incurred. These funds will not be available for your use. When a debit card is accepted as form of payment, at the start of the rental, two (2) forms of identification must be presented.
