Rental rates do not include petrol. Hertz cars are generally rented with a full tank of petrol. Upon return of vehicle, renter must refill and return with full tank of petrol; otherwise the renter will be charged for a refill upon return or hirer can choose the Fuel Purchase Option (FPO) at the start of rental.
