  4. Follow US-395 North and I-90 East to West 4 Avenue in Spokane. Take exit 280 from I-90 East.

 

How to Get From Boise to Portland

Portland, Oregon is 436 miles from Boise, which should take just over six-and-a-half hours in your holiday car rental. Just get on I-84 West all the way to Exit 299 B in Portland.
