How to Get From Hillsboro to Portland

It takes less than 30 minutes to drive 22 miles from Hillsboro to Portland in your car rental.

  1. Head north on 1 Avenue and Glencoe Road, then turn right onto Evergreen Road.
  2. Turn left onto Northwest Jackson School Road and continue for two miles.
  3. Take the right-hand slip road and merge onto the US-26 East.
  4. Follow the highway for 14 miles, then take Exit 74 onto Market Street in Downtown Portland.

 

How to Get From Hillsboro to Salem

Salem is 53 miles away and just over an hour’s drive when renting a car in Hillsboro. Simply head east out of the city via OR-8. Join OR-10 East in Beaverton, then turn right onto OR-217 South. Take the exit onto I-5 S after five miles, then stay on this route for around 32 miles until you reach Exit 260A for Salem.
