How to Get From Winter Park to Downtown Orlando

It takes 10 minutes to drive your car rental the four miles from Winter Park to Orlando.

  1. Leave the car rental car park on Fairbanks Avenue and head north towards FL-426 West.
  2. Turn left onto FL-426.
  3. Merge onto I-4 West.
  4. Take exit 84A toward West Colonial Drive.
  5. Keep left at the fork and turn left for Colonial Drive in Downtown Orlando.

 

How to Get From Winter Park to Walt Disney World Resort

Walt Disney World Resort is approximately 30 minutes from our Winter Park car rental pickup location. Just get on to FL-426 West, then turn left and merge onto I-4 West. Keep right to stay on I-4 West, then take exit 79 for John Young Parkway South. Merge on to FL-528 West, then merge on to I-4 West toward Tampa after three miles.

The exit you take on I-4 West will depend on the park. Take exits 67, 65, and 64 for Disney attractions.
