How to Get From El Sobrante to San Francisco

It takes around 30 minutes to 1 hour to drive from El Sobrante to San Francisco in your car rental, depending on traffic.

  1. Leave the El Sobrante car rental parking lot and head west on San Pablo Dam Road.
  2. Turn left on to the I-80 West.
  3. After nine miles, take Exit 8B and keep right to continue on Exit 44.
  4. Turn right on to West Grand Avenue, then merge on to the I-80.
  5. Follow the San Francisco - Oakland Bay Bridge into Downtown.

 

How to Get From El Sobrante to Berkeley

For those visiting the University of California campus, Berkley is just a 30-minute drive from El Sobrante in your car rental. Just head south on the I-80 West for around six miles, then take Exit 12 for Gilman Street and follow signs to the downtown campus.
