Hertz Car Hire in Birmingham City

Located in the West Midlands region of England, the city of Birmingham is a fascinating one. It is known as the second busiest city outside of London, and boasts a great many cultural attractions, such as the Birmingham Royal Ballet, and the Barber Institute of Fine Arts.

Hiring a car in Birmingham gives you a free run of the city meaning that you can not only ‘shop till you drop' at The Bullring, but see all of the amazing sights which surround the central district. From the Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery, to bookstores and some of the best shopping in the country, there is something for everyone.

Birmingham is famed for its Jewellery Quarter; an area filled with over 500 jewellery businesses. It remains steeped in the history of the jewellery making trade and hosts the Museum of the Jewellery Quarter where you can see what's left of the Smith and Pepper jewellery manufacturing company which ceased to trade in 1981. Hiring a car in Birmingham is an easy way to ensure you take sites such as these in.

For chocoholics, there is no better place to visit than Cadbury World, where you can enjoy a tour of the factory followed by a visit to the world's biggest Cadbury shop! This is a popular attraction for many visitors to the city of Birmingham, and is well sign-posted.
