Driving In and Around Valencia

  • Parking La Torreta (46009) is open 24/7 in Valencia. Leave your rental car here to visit Museo Conchita Piquer, Jardins del Real or Serranos Towers.
  • Parking Calixto III Susey (46008) is open 24/7, close to The Valencian Museum of Illustration and Modernity, Loco Club and Parc Del’Oest. Also known as Garaje Collado, this place makes car rental simple in central Valencia.
  • Parking Valence (46013) is open 24/7, close to l’Oceanografic, The City of Art and Sciences and Museum Faller de Valencia. 
  • V-30 runs from the port in the south west to the industrial zone in the north. It’s ideal for those needing to visit business connections at either end. Hop in your rental car to reach Valencia’s Pinedo Beach.
  • V-21 is 11 miles long running from the A-7 at Pucol to Valencia.
  • V-31 is 8.1 miles long, connecting the AP-7 at Silla to the V-30 on the outskirts of Palermo. It is mainly used by commuters traveling between Valencia, Alicante and Albacete. 

How to Get From Valencia Train Station to Alicante Airport

It takes around one hour 40 minutes to drive the 106 miles from our car rental center at Valencia train station to Alicante Airport.

  1. Leave the Valencia Airport car rental parking lot and drive to Calle de Sant Vicente Martir to Carrer de Rois de Corella. Turn left on to Avenida de Giorgeta before continuing onto Avenida de Peris I Valero/Paso Elevado de Giorgeta.
  2. At the roundabout at Placa Manuel Sanchis Guarner, take the first exit onto Avenida d’Ausias March. At the next roundabout, take the second exit onto Avenida d’Ausias March/V-31 and follow the V-31 for 8.6 miles.
  3. Join the A-7 and continue on for 26.6 miles before using the right two lanes to take exit 398 signposted for A-7 towards Ontinyent/Alcoi/Alacant. Stay on the A-7 for 56.2 miles. You’ll join the A-77 which you’ll stay on for 4.9 miles before taking the first exit at the roundabout on to the slip road for Aeropuerto.
  4. Merge onto the A-70 and the exit towards N-338 after about 4.5 miles. Stay on the N-338 and take the exit for the airport.

 

How to Get From Valencia Airport to Port of Catarroja

Valencia Airport’s car rental pick-up is around a 15-minute drive from the Port of Catarroja. Just head out of the airport following signs for the V-11 slip road to Valencia/A-3/Madrid. Merge onto the V-11 and continue onto Calle Pista Aeroport and keep left at the fork. Follow signs for E-901/A-3/Valencia and head onto the E-901/A-3.

Take exit 351 to move onto V-3/V-30 towards Alacant/Alicante/Portand after 4 miles use the right lanes to take exit 3 for the V-31. Take exit 8 towards Catarroja and merge onto Calle Vial Servicio Pista Si before turning right onto Cami del Bony.  At the roundabout, take the third exit onto Cami del Port and take a left, followed by another left at Cami del Rey and then turn right onto Carretera Puerto Catarroja.
