Car Rental - Lodz Lublinek Airport

At the time of rental, the driver must present a valid national driver's license which has been held for at least 1 year.

According to Polish law, customers who are holders of driver's licenses issued in countries not mentioned in the Convention of Road Traffic signed in Vienna in 1968 (with later amendments) are not allowed to drive a vehicle in Poland without the International Driving Permit (IDP).The IDP translates the national license into various languages and is on its own, without the national license, not acceptable.

The IDP must be presented by all residents from North America, Caribbean, Latin America, Australia, Asia, Africa and Middle East.

Extra day is charged after 29 minutes over 24 hour rental period.

A one way rental is a rental which starts at one location and terminates at another. Availability is subject to location restrictions and vehicle type. A fee may apply for this service and will be advised at time of reservation.

Hertz rates do not include fuel.

All Hertz vehicles are rented with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank or a local refuelling charge of PLN 21.00 (including tax) per litre will apply.

Fuel Purchase Option (FPO).

For convenience, you may purchase a tank of fuel from Hertz at the time of rental. This method eliminates the need for you to refill the tank before returning. Please be aware that we are unable to give a refund for unused fuel.
