At the time of rental, the driver must present a valid national driver's License, which has been held for at least two years.

In Georgia, a valid Driver’s License is considered to be a Driver’s License written in English which contains the following details:

-            Driver’s License number

-            Full name

-            A category B Driver’s License confirmation

For all renter whose Driver’s License is missing any of the details above or is not in English, an International Driving Permit (IDP) is required. The IDP translates the national license into various languages and is on its own, without the license, not acceptable.

Extra day is charged after 59 minutes over 24 hour rental period.

A one way rental is a rental which starts at one location and terminates at another. Availability is subject to location restrictions and vehicle type. A fee may apply for this service and will be advised at time of reservation.

Hertz rates do not include fuel.
All Hertz vehicles are rented with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank or a local refuelling charge will apply in addition to the cost of the fuel.

Fuel Purchase Option (FPO).
For convenience, you may purchase a tank of fuel from Hertz at the time of rental at a price that is competitive with local fuel stations.
This method eliminates the need for you to refill the tank before returning.
Please be aware that we are unable to give a refund for unused fuel.
