To get from Toronto Pearson International Airport to Toronto city center:

  1. Get on ON-427 South from Etobicoke
  2. Follow it and Frederick G. Gardiner Expressway/Gardiner Expressway to Harbour Street in Old Toronto
  3. Take exit 154 to University Avenue

 

It should take about 30 minutes, depending on traffic.
