• Discount applies to all mandatory rental costs excluding taxes, fees, surcharges, one way drop off fees and optional extras such as child seats and fuel which are charged at normal rates.
• Age restrictions vary per country of rental, engine size and car group.
• Hertz booking standard Terms and Conditions and car hire Terms and Conditions apply, including minimum age restrictions.
• Discount available on both pre-pay and non-pre pay rentals at participating destinations.
• Discount is off Hertz’s publicly available retail rates (excluding Special Offers) at time of booking at participating locations worldwide. Blackout dates may apply. 
• Such discount shall be automatically applied at the time of booking. Discount is only applied when quoting the dedicated promotional codes: HSBC Non-Premier:  625352 
• Discount applies to time, mileage and all mandatory insurance and waivers that may be included in the base rate charge.
• Discount does not apply to any additional surcharges, Location Service Charge, taxes and any optional extras, including but not limited to Excess Waiver (Super Cover), Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), snow chains/tires, child seats, one-way charges, and GPS, etc.
• When booking, prepaid rates are quoted in home currencies (e.g. Sterling when booking from UK), non-prepaid rates will be quoted in the local currency (at the rental destination)
• Dream Collection, Supercars, vans and commercial vehicles are not eligible for the discount

• Leisure minimum rental age is 23 years  (exceptions apply)
• Vehicle must be returned to location of rental, if not a one-way charge will be applied if returned to a different location, for details, please check at location during vehicle pick up
• Hertz reserves the rights to modify and/or cancel any offers without prior notice
• Standard rental qualifications, rental period and return restrictions in effect at time and place of rental, as per applicable rate plan terms & conditions apply. No other promotions or discounts can be used in conjunction with these offers.  Hertz reserves the rights to modify and/or cancel any offers without prior notice.
• Fee-waived additional driver: Complimentary additional driver must be requested at rental location prior to collecting the rental car. Any proposed additional driver shall be subject to meeting Hertz’s minimum requirements and conditions.
• Free Child seats: Free child seats are subject to availability at participating Hertz locations.
