How to Get From Moore County Airport to Pinehurst Resort

It should take less than 15 minutes to drive from Moore County Airport to Pinehurst Resort with your car rental.

  1. Leave the Hertz Pinehurst rental car parking lot on to Aviation Drive.
  2. At the end of Aviation Drive, turn left on to NC 22 South.
  3. Take a slight right on to Airport Road.
  4. After three miles, bear right again to join Midland Road.
  5. Continue straight on to Palmetto Road, then follow Azalea Road and Cherokee Road.
  6. At the roundabout, take the first exit on to Carolina Vista Drive towards the resort.

 

How to Get From Moore County Airport to Southern Pines

Downtown Southern Pines is around a 10-minute drive from the airport. Just leave the parking lot via Aviation Drive, then turn left on to NC 22. Take the second exit at the roundabout and continue south along NC 22. After three miles, take the second exit again on to Midland Road and follow Northwest Broad Street to South Pines Station. Renting a car in Pinehurst means you’ll get to avoid the inconvenience of public transport.
