How to Get From Cambridge to Peterborough

It takes 55 minutes to drive the 44 miles by rental car from Cambridge to Peterborough.

  1. Leave the car rental Cambridge car park and head west on Clifton Road, continuing on this road until you reach Cherry Hinton Road.
  2. Turn right onto Cherry Hinton Road and follow signs for the roundabout. Take the first exit onto The Fen Causeway and then the first exit at the next roundabout onto Newnham Road.
  3. Follow the A603 and then take the second exit onto Barton Road. Then, take the second exit at the next roundabout onto the M11.
  4. Continue on the M11 until you reach the A1. Follow the A1 before exiting at junction 17 onto Fletton Parkway.
  5. Follow Fletton Parkway to your destination in Peterborough.

 

How to Get From Cambridge to Luton

Luton is just over one hour’s drive by rental car from Cambridge. Take the Trumpington Road to the A10 and follow this towards Stevenage. Take exit 8 from the A1 and follow the A602 and A505 to Telford Way in Luton. Then, take the A505 to your destination.
