How to Get From Car Rental at Groningen Airport to Groningen Station

It takes 19 minutes to drive the 7.6 miles from car rental at Groningen Airport to Groningen Station.

  1. Leave the car rental car park at Groningen Airport and turn left onto Burgemeester J.G. Legroweg.
  2. At the first roundabout, take the second exit onto Hoofdweg.
  3. Continue onto Groningerweg for less than 2 miles before coming to another roundabout. Take the first exit onto Paterswoldseweg.
  4. Continue for 2.3 miles and turn right onto Parkweg. Make a left onto Hoornsediep and bear right onto Emmaviaduct.
  5. Take another right turn onto Stationsweg and the station will be on the right.

 

How to Get From Car Rental in Groningen to Zwolle

Zwolle is just a 53-minute drive when you rent a car from Groningen. Just turn right from the airport onto Burgemeester J.G. Legroweg. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Groningerstraat. Take the next right onto the A28 and merge onto the A28 towards Zuidlaren/Assen/Emmen. Continue on the A28 for 31 miles then take exit Knoppunt Hoogeveen to merge onto A37 before continuing on the A28 for 24 miles. Take exit 19-Zwolle-Centrum towards the center of Zwolle.
