Please remember to take your driving licence and a credit card registered in the main drivers’ name when picking up your rental car. If you have a new UK licence you will need to take both parts with you in order to rent.

Terms & Conditions - Prepaid 'World On Wheels' rates include Unlimited Mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (Europe) Theft Protection (Europe), Loss Damage Waiver (USA/Canada), Liability Insurance Supplement (USA), Airport Service Charge and Tax. All rentals must include a Saturday night keep. To obtain this discount, please 'ask for' rate code 'WOW' along with your CDP at time of reservation.
- Non-prepaid 'Holiday Saver' (Europe) rates include Unlimited Mileage, Collision Damage Waiver and Tax. All rentals must include a Saturday night keep.
- Non-Prepaid 'Affordable' Programmes offer a special rate for rentals with a range of inclusions such as Unlimited Mileage, Collision Damage Waiver, Theft Protection and Tax. These offers are only bookable in Europe before departure.
- Rates are exclusive of any optional services and are subject to availability at participating locations. The rate of discount varies depending on destination, car type and rental length. These discounted rates cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
- Customers can earn Nectar points on Employee Benefit rates at participating Hertz locations, booked and paid for in the UK. Terms and Conditions apply - visit www.hertz.co.uk/nectar for more details.
- All renters must comply with Hertz standard terms and conditions of rental. You may be asked to present proof of entitlement to this programme at time of rental.
