Why is there still a hold on my credit card after I returned the vehicle?

When the car is returned, a charge for the total amount due is submitted to your credit card company. Please contact your credit card or bank directly. 

Didn’t get the full amount of your hold back?

If your refund was less than the original amount you may have been charged for vehicle damage, a late return, or fuel replacement.
