Yes, if you need to change the return location, please call our Rental Extensions Department at 1-800-654-4174, which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.

What do I do if the location I’m scheduled to return my vehicle to is temporarily/permanently closed?

You may return the vehicle to another nearby location that is open. You can also check the Hertz location directory here.
