Since joining professional motorsport in 2006, Norman Nato has steadily climbed the ranks to make a name for himself in the world of racing. The Frenchman began karting at the tender age of six, winning the French KZ2 Championship by age seventeen.
He debuted in Formula E with ROKiT Venturi racing in 2021, having a season of ups and downs that meant he narrowly missed podium finishes in Rome and Valencia. However, he ended his campaign on a high by clinching a win at the 2021 Berlin E-Prix II season finale – becoming only the third driver to do so in their rookie season.
A motivated driver, Nato is now looking to shake up the ranks in this season’s WEC championship with Hertz Team JOTA, and potentially clinch some monumental wins for his career.

In 2014, Phil Hanson kicked off his professional racing career on a high by clinching the Whilton Mill Club Championship. Since then, he’s gone on to win the Super One British X30 Junior Karting Championship, as well as the Dunlop Endurance Championship in 2016.
Hanson’s newfound love for endurance racing only grew stronger, and in 2020, he made headlines at the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC), securing wins at Le Mans, Spa-Francorchamps, Austin and Bahrain. Notably, the win at le Mans etched Hanson’s name in the history books as the youngest-ever WEC champion. At only 24, he is arguably the most exciting Formula E racing driver in Britain.
This season, Hanson hopes to repeat some of his prior successes in the World Endurance Championship with Hertz Team JOTA and take home some gold and glory!

Callum Ilott’s career kicked off in 2008 when he started karting, steadily rising through the ranks by grinding out some pretty tough wins. By age 12, he had won the under 16s Formula Kart Stars British Championship, as well as coming up an impressive 3rd at the German National Championship (KFJ category).
His achievements caught the eye of Ferrari, who in 2017 enrolled the young Illot into their driver development program. In the 2021 season, he became Ferrari’s official F1 Test Driver and an F1 reserve driver at Alfa Romeo ORLEAN.
Today, Callum is one of Hertz Team JOTA’s budding drivers who’s looking forward to shaking up the upcoming FIA WEC championship.
It’s also worth mentioning that Callum has enjoyed his fair share of musical success, being part of the Heath Mount Bax Choir that clinched the 2012 BBC Songs of Praise Choir of The Year.

Like most of the drivers in the JOTA team, Rasmussen discovered his talent in karting, making a name for himself in the European CIK-FIA Series. He had a pretty quiet rookie season in 2018 but would improve up to seventh in 2019 while driving in Italian F4.
In 2020, Rasmussen got his first taste of the FIA Formula 3 Championship with HWA Racelab, before shifting around and eventually joining Hertz Team JOTA for the upcoming 2024 season.
At only 23, Rasmussen is looking to enhance his skillset with Team JOTA and gradually climb through the ranks to be one of the best this season.
