Participants: This prize draw is open to UK residents (except Hertz employees or their family members).
How to participate: Simply complete our entry form on 25th of June 2024 to be in with a chance to win. One entry per person.
The prize: The prize is two weeks’ free PCO rental with Hertz UK (time, included mileage, insurance and maintenance only). This prize can be used for two consecutive weeks’ rental on any available Hertz PCO vehicle (Weekly rental or Hertz Rent2Buy®). The prize must be claimed and applied against a booking made before 31/07/2024 for pick up before 31/08/2024. The winner will remain responsible for the cost of charging, fines, tolls and damage incurred during the rental. The prize is no transferrable and has no cash value. The prize cannot be combined with any other Hertz PCO offer, discount or promotion. All rentals are subject to Rental Terms, eligibility and availability.
Winner selection: The winner of the prize will be selected randomly from all valid entries received, by using a computer process that produces verifiably random results. Participants agree to be contacted by Hertz for the purposes of administering this prize draw or in the event that Hertz wishes to verify any of the information submitted. Hertz will notify the winner by e-mail within 7 days from the end of the prize draw. The winner must contact the Promoter by e-mail before the 8th of July to confirm they accept the prize. Hertz will not be liable for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. If any potential prize winner is found to be ineligible, or if they have not complied with these terms and conditions or declines the prize for any reason prior to award, such potential prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate prize winner may be selected.
Data protection: Hertz is committed to protecting Participants’ privacy. Any personal information supplied by Participants shall be processed by Hertz or its associated group companies as a data controller in accordance with the Hertz privacy policy for the purposes of administering this prize draw and providing the prize. Personal data supplied during the course of this prize draw may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize.
Other important conditions: Hertz reserves the right to refuse to honour any entry or to recover the full value of the prize if it considers there has been an abuse or breach of the terms and conditions of this prize draw. Hertz accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind. The decision of Hertz regarding any aspect of this prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. Hertz shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained under this prize draw, including but not limited in connection with the prize. However, nothing in these terms shall have the effect of excluding or restricting Hertz’s liability under this prize draw for personal injury or death caused by the proven negligence of its employees or contractors. In the event of a dispute over interpretation or implementation of the rules on any matter related to this prize draw, the decision of the directors of Hertz is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This prize draw is subject to the laws of England and Wales.
