2 Advance reservation required for Neighborhood Delivery. Vehicle delivery may take up to 1 hour from reserved drop-off time. If cancelled within one hour of scheduled drop off time, no refund will be available. If changes are made within one hour of scheduled drop off time, additional charges will apply. Must be a Gold Plus Rewards Member to participate in Neighborhood Delivery. Neighborhood Delivery not available in Manhattan or on Dream Cars. Vehicle must be returned to renting Hertz location or pickup must be scheduled for an additional charge. Pick-up and delivery valid within 15 miles of the Neighborhood Delivery location. All standard rental terms and conditions apply. Driver’s License of renter must be presented at start of rental. Fuel used in rental during travel to drop off location will count against renter’s fuel use and will not be refueled. Subject to availability.
