Terms & Conditions

  1. Offer are valid for self-drive rentals bookings made on Affordable Rates (leisure retail rates) from 1 May to 30 June 2019 for vehicle pickups at participating locations by 31 July 2019.
  2. Offers are not valid on Hertz Collections. In Europe, offer is valid on Compact and larger cars.
  3. Rentals in USA, Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand are subject to a minimum rental of 6 days for 4X Miles offer and 3 days for 2X Miles offer.
  4. Rentals in Asia are subject to a minimum rental of 3 days for 2X Miles offer.
  5. Discounts apply to all mandatory rental costs excluding taxes, fees, surcharges, one way drop off fees and optional extras such as child seats, additional drivers and fuel which are charged at normal rates. 
  6. Only one offer can be used for each rental.
  7. Reservation must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure (48 hours for rental in Asia).
  8. Present your applicable frequent flyer membership card at the rental counter.
  9. Minimum rental age applies and all drivers must be in the possession of a valid driver's license, which must be held for at least 1 year (2 years in Hong Kong).
  10. Offer is not valid on tour/pre-paid, travel industry or any other special rates.
  11. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion.
  12. Hertz standard rental qualifications, rental period and return restrictions in effect at time and place of rental, as per applicable rate plan terms & conditions apply.
  13. Standard blackout dates apply.
