Terms & Conditions

  1. Offer is valid for self-drive rentals bookings made on Affordable Rates (leisure retail rates) from 1 May to 30 June 2020 for vehicle pickups at participating locations by 30 November 2020.  
  2. Offer is valid for rentals with the applicable CDP number, PC number and a valid Royal Orchid Plus membership number of the renter.
  3. Offer is valid on Compact and larger cars, excluding Hertz Collections.
  4. Rentals in USA, Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand are subject to a minimum rental of 6 days for 2X Miles and $25 Off offer and 3 days for 2X Miles offer.
  5. Rentals in Asia are subject to a minimum rental of 6 days for 2X Miles and $25 Off offer and 3 days for 2X Miles offer.
  6. Discounts apply to all mandatory rental costs excluding taxes, fees, surcharges, one way drop off fees and optional extras such as child seats, additional drivers and fuel which are charged at normal rates. 
  7. $25 off will be calculated and applied in local currency at the exchange rate applicable at time of rental outside Asia. For rental in Asia, $25 will be applied in USD.
  8. Only one offer can be used for each rental.
  9. Reservation must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure (48 hours for rental in Asia).
  10. Present your applicable frequent flyer membership card at the rental counter.
  11. Minimum rental age applies and all drivers must be in the possession of a valid driver's license, which must be held for at least 1 year (2 years in Hong Kong).
  12. Offers are not valid on tour/pre-paid, travel industry or any other special rates.
  13. Offers cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion.
  14. Hertz standard rental qualifications, rental period and return restrictions in effect at time and place of rental, as per applicable rate plan terms & conditions apply.
  15. Standard blackout dates apply.
