Terms & Conditions
- Offer is valid for self-drive rental bookings made on Affordable Rates (leisure retail rates) at participating locations in Thailand from 1 July to 31 August 2020 and vehicle pickups by 30 November 2020.
- Offer is valid on all car groups and subject to availability.
- Only one offer can be used for each rental.
- Rate includes Unlimited Mileage and Loss Damage Waiver (subject to excess), and excludes tax, drop-off fee, toll, Personal Accident Insurance and other surcharges.
- Reservation must be made at least 48 hours prior to departure.
- Present your Royal Orchid Plus membership card at the rental counter.
- Minimum rental age applies and all drivers must be in the possession of a valid driver's license, which must be held for at least 1 year.
- Offer is not valid on tour/pre-paid, travel industry or any other special rates.
- Offer cannot be combined with any other offer, discount (including Thai Airways CDP discount) or promotion.
- Hertz standard rental qualifications, rental period and return restrictions in effect at time and place of rental, as per applicable rate plan terms & conditions apply.
