Terms & Conditions

  1. Offer is valid for self-drive rentals bookings made on Affordable Rates (leisure retail rates) and vehicle pickups at participating locations from 1 October 2018 to 28 February 2019.
  2. Offer is valid on all standard car groups in USA, Canada and Asia; Midsize and larger car groups in Europe; Intermediate and larger car groups in Australia; and Economy to Premium in New Zealand.  Offer is not valid on Hertz Collections.
  3. Rentals in USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Asia are subject to a minimum rental of 6 days.  Maximum one free day per rental.  
  4. Discounts apply to all mandatory rental costs excluding taxes, fees, surcharges, one way drop off fees and optional extras such as child seats, additional drivers and fuel which are charged at normal rates. 
  5. Only one offer can be used for each rental.
  6. Reservation must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure (48 hours for rental in Asia).
  7. Present your applicable frequent flyer membership card at the rental counter.
  8. Minimum rental age applies and all drivers must be in the possession of a valid driver's license, which must be held for at least 1 year (2 years in Hong Kong).
  9. Offer is not valid on tour/pre-paid, travel industry or any other special rates.
  10. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion.
  11. Hertz standard rental qualifications, rental period and return restrictions in effect at time and place of rental, as per applicable rate plan terms & conditions apply.
  12. Standard blackout dates apply.
  13. Hertz reserves the right to modify and/or cancel any offers without prior notice.
