Terms & Conditions

1. Offer is valid for self-drive rental bookings made on Affordable Rates (leisure retail rates) from 1 January 2026 – 31 March 2026 and vehicle pickups at participating locations from 1 January 2026– 30 April 2026.
2. Reservation must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure.
3. 1,000 Mabuhay Miles + 10% off: Offer is subject to a minimum of 3 days rental. Miles stated is the total miles earned, inclusive of 500 base miles. Valid on All car groups except economy and compact for rentals in USA and Canada, Compact and above car groups in Europe and All car groups for rentals in Australia and New Zealand.
4. 500 Mabuhay Miles + 10% off: Subject to a minimum 3 days rental. Miles stated is the total miles earned, inclusive of 250 base miles Offer is valid on all car groups in Asia.
5. Offer is not valid on Hertz Collections.
6. Offer is not applicable on domestic rentals.
7. 10% discount applies to time and mileage only excluding taxes, fees, surcharges, one way drop off fees and optional extras such as child seats, additional drivers and fuel which are charged at normal rates.
8. Present your Mabuhay membership card at the rental counter.
9. Minimum rental age applies, and all drivers must be in the possession of a valid driver's license, which must be held for at least 1 year (2 years in Hong Kong).
10. Offer is not valid on tour/pre-paid, travel industry or any other special rates.
11. Offer is not applicable on domestic rentals.
12. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
13. Hertz standard rental qualifications, rental period and return restrictions in effect at time and place of rental, as per applicable rate plan terms & conditions apply.
14. Standard blackout dates apply.
15. Hertz reserves the right to modify and/or cancel any offers without prior notice.
