Terms & Conditions

1. Offer is valid for bookings of self-drive rentals on Affordable Rates (leisure retail rates) from now to 2 April 2017 for vehicle pickups at participating corporate locations in Australia (excluding Tasmania) and Malaysia till 15 June 2017.
2. Offer is not valid on Hertz Collections.  
3. Offer is subject to a minimum rental of 3 days.
4. Total Enrich miles earned for every qualifying rental is 2,400 Enrich miles (inclusive of 600 base miles) in Australia and 1,200 Enrich miles (inclusive of 300 base miles) in Malaysia.
5. Discounts apply to all mandatory rental costs excluding taxes, fees, surcharges, one way drop off fees and optional extras such as child seats, additional drivers and fuel which are charged at normal rates. 
6. Maximum one free additional driver per vehicle.
7. Only one offer can be used for each rental.
8. Reservation must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure for rentals in Australia and 48 hours for rentals in Malaysia.
9. Present your Enrich frequent flyer membership card at the rental counter.
10. Minimum rental age applies and all drivers must be in the possession of a valid driver's license, which must be held for at least 1 year.
11. Offer is not valid on tour/pre-paid, travel industry or any other special rates.
12. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion.
13. Hertz standard rental qualifications, rental period and return restrictions in effect at time and place of rental, as per applicable rate plan terms & conditions apply.
14. Standard blackout dates (including Easter holidays) apply.
15. Hertz reserves the right to modify and/or cancel any offers without prior notice.
