Terms & Conditions

  1. Offer is valid for self-drive rental bookings made on Affordable Rates (leisure retail rates) and vehicle pickups from 1 October to 31 December 2019 at participating locations in USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Asia. Rentals must be completed by 31 January 2020.
  2. Offer is valid on Compact and larger cars, excluding Hertz Collections. 
  3. Rentals in USA, Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand are subject to a minimum rental of 6 days for 4X miles offer and 3 days for 2X miles offer. 
  4. Rentals in Asia are subject to a minimum rental of 5 days for 3X miles offer and 3 days for 2X miles offer. 
  5. Discounts apply to all mandatory rental costs excluding taxes, fees, surcharges, one way drop off fees and optional extras such as child seats, additional drivers and fuel which are charged at normal rates. 
  6. Only one offer can be used for each rental.
  7. Reservation must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure (48 hours for rental in Asia).
  8. Minimum rental age applies and all drivers must be in the possession of a valid driver's license, which must be held for at least 1 year (2 years in Hong Kong).
  9. Miles will be automatically credited to members’ account within 6-8 weeks upon completion of qualifying rental.  Any additional miles will be automatically credited to members’ account by 29 February 2020.
  10. Present your Enrich membership card at the rental counter.
  11. Offer is not valid on tour/pre-paid, travel industry or any other special rates.
  12. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion.
  13. Hertz standard rental qualifications, rental period and return restrictions in effect at time and place of rental, as per applicable rate plan terms & conditions.
  14. Standard blackout dates apply.
  15. Hertz reserves the right to modify and/or cancel any offers without prior notice.
