Terms & Conditions

  1. Offer available for bookings created from now till 31 March 2026 for pick up between 3 December 2025 till 31 March 2026 using the CDP code 778687. 
  2. Blackout dates apply: 
    • 12/12/2025 - 29/12/2025
  3. Reservation must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure (48 hours for rental in Asia).
  4. Discount applies to the base rate quoted (excluding VAT and other fees). Discount does not apply to Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Theft protection (TP) (unless included in the base rate), Vehicle Licensing Fee (VLF), any surcharges (including but not limited to location surcharge or Young Driver Surcharge), taxes or any additional charges and optional extras such as excess waivers (SuperCover), Personal Insurance, snow/chains/tyres, child seats, GPS and fuel which are charged at normal rates.
  5. Where bundle rates apply the discount will be applied to the bundle.
  6. Minimum rental is 3 days. Maximum rental is 62 days.
  7. Offer not available to U.S. residents picking up a rental in the U.S.
  8. This offer is only valid for the following participating Hertz locations and car groups, and is subject to availability: 
    • USA: Standard car groups, EVs and premium – 15%. Excludes convertibles, large SUVs and vans 
    • Canada: Standard car groups, EVs and premium – 15%. Excludes convertibles, large SUVs and vans
  9. If available at chosen location, offer will be applied automatically when booking using CDP code.
  10. Discount cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, promotion or corporate rates.
  11. Hertz 24/7 locations and vehicles are not available for this promotion.
  12. Minimum rental age applies and all drivers must be in the possession of a valid driver's license, which must be held for at least 1 year.
  13. All rentals are subject to Hertz’s Rental Terms and Rental Qualifications and Requirements.
