Terms & Conditions

1. Offers are valid for self-drive rental bookings made on Affordable Rates (leisure retail rates) from 1 October to 30 November 2018 and for vehicle pickups at participating locations by 31 December 2018 and completion of rentals by 31 December 2018.
2. Offer is not valid on Hertz Collections. In Europe, offer is valid on Compact and larger cars.
3. Rentals in USA, Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand are subject to a minimum rental of 7 days for 4X Miles and 3 day for 3X Miles offer.
4. Rentals in Asia are subject to a minimum rental of 3 days for 2X Miles offer.
5. The miles stated above are the total miles earned, inclusive of 250 base miles for rentals in USA, Canada, Europe, Austrlia and New Zealand, and 125 base miles for rentals in Asia.
6. Discounts apply to all mandatory rental costs excluding taxes, fees, surcharges, one way drop off fees and optional extras such as child seats, additional drivers and fuel which are charged at normal rates. 
7. Only one offer can be used for each rental.
8. Reservation must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure.
9. Present your applicable frequent flyer membership card at the rental counter.
10. Minimum rental age applies and all drivers must be in the possession of a valid driver's license, which must be held for at least 1 year (2 years in Hong Kong).
11. Offers are not valid on tour/pre-paid, travel industry or any other special rates.
12. Offers cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion.
13. Hertz standard rental qualifications, rental period and return restrictions in effect at time and place of rental, as per applicable rate plan terms & conditions apply.
14. Standard blackout dates apply.
15. Hertz reserves the right to modify and/or cancel any offers without prior notice.
