Terms and Conditions

  1. Offer is redeemable only at participating Hertz locations in the United States.
  2. CDP 2115632 must be included at time of reservation. 
  3. Taxes, tax reimbursement, age differential charges, fees, surcharges and optional service charges, such as refueling, are not included.
  4. Minimum rental length is three (3) days.
  5. Age, driver, credit and qualifying rate restrictions for the renting location apply.
  6. Advance reservation required.
  7. Offer not valid and rate change or additional fees may apply in the event the reservation modification, early/late return, or if not returning vehicle to renting location.
  8. Offer is available on most car classes.
  9. Offer has no cash value, and may not be used with other discounts, promotions or special rates.
  10. Drivers under 25 years old are subject to an age differential charge.
  11. Charge varies based on car class and renting location.
  12. Offer valid for reservations made between 10/APR & 17/APR with vehicle pick-ups between today & 30/JUN/2023.
  13. Loss Damage Waiver waives the renter’s responsibility for all damage to the Hertz rental car, regardless of fault, provided the renter is not in violation of the Rental Agreement. 
  14. Additional driver must have a credit card in their own name and meet standard rental qualifications.
