Complimentary China Driver’s License English Translation
Hertz locations in USA, Canada, Australia, Saudi Arabia, UAE, selected locations in Europe and Asia (excluding Japan and Korea) now accept China Driver’s License when it is accompanied with an English translation. Simply visit Hertz page, or follow Hertz China WeChat (ID: hertzguojizuche) to apply for a complimentary copy of China Driver’s License. To rent cars in New Zealand, it is required to present either the China Notary Certificate (CNC) or the translation file issued by New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA), along with their original driver's license. To rent cars in Norway, original Chinese Driver's License and notarized Chinese Driver's License will need to be provided. For details on the notarization, please contact your local notarization office. To rent cars in Georgia, original driving license together with an authorised translation of your driving license, made and notarised in Georgia, will need to be provided.   1. Offer is valid for self-drive rentals on Affordable Rates (leisure retails rates) at participating Hertz locations in USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Europe (Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain Mainland and UK), unless sold out.
  2. Offer is valid for bookings created between now and 30 Sep 2025 and pick up between now and 31 Oct 2025.
  3. For rentals in United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, offer is valid on all car groups except for Hertz Collections. For rentals in Europe, offer is valid on Compact and above, except for Hertz Collections.
  4. 10% discount + 2,400 points offer: Subject to a minimum of 3 consecutive days rentals.
  5. Points stated is the total points that could be earned, including the 800 regular points. 
  6. Only one offer can be used for each rental.
  7. Enter your Fortune Wings Club membership number, CDP# 1628570 and applicable PC# (if any) during reservation.
  8. Reservation must be made at least 24 hours prior departure.
  9. Vehicle models may differ and specifications may vary by location. Vehicles can be reserved by car group only and not by particular car model or colour. Fleet subject to change without notice.
  10. Offer is not valid on domestic rentals.
  11. Minimum rental age applies and all drivers must be in the possession of a valid driver's license, which must be held for at least 1 year.
  12. Offer applies to time and mileage only and does not apply to taxes, fees and optional services.
  13. No other rates, discounts or promotions can be used concurrently.
  14. Hertz standard rental qualifications, rental period and return restrictions in effect at time and place of rental, as per applicable rate plan terms & conditions apply.
  15. Modifying your reservation may result in a change in your rate and/or invalidate this offer.
  16. Present your Fortune Wings Club membership card at the rental counter.
  17. Standard blackout dates apply.
  18. Hertz reserves the right to modify and/or cancel any offers without prior notice.
